Selecting the Tables treeview item will show a list of all the tables in the database, and their current rowcount.

Selecting a single table in the treeview shows the table name, table description, and current row count.

Right clicking on a table brings up a context sensitive menu.
The right click menu allows you to create a new table, copy the currently selected table schema, alter the selected table, delete all the records from the current table, and drop the table.

Refresh will force the treeview to refresh from the database.
